I know exactly what you mean. I taught high school while I was nursing my oldest daughter, and, me-oh-my, did I hate pumping in my classroom. Aren’t they legally supposed to give you some “private” place to pump…one that’s not the bathroom and not easily accessed by massive key-ring bearing custodians who see that you’re pumping at your desk, try to avert their eyes, but yet keep sneaking peekaboos at your bubbies while they are emptying the trash can and resetting the thermostat on the wall…right above your shoulder? I would love a new pump as mine, alas, has seen it’s days. It was a hand-me-down to begin with, used on two kids, used on two other mother’s kids (I know, I know, you’re not supposed to share, but we got new tubes and all), etc. So, right now I’m just hanging on to it for spare parts. Whatever those may be.

I know the feeling… I lothe pumping (the time it takes, being sooo bored because you can’t do anything but pump with both hands occupied, and the pitiful amount of milk you get with a crappy pump because you were too cheap to fork out more than absolutely needed), but having twins, I have to break away every once in a while… so a nice pump would totally be awesome!

I would love a breast pump!!!! I borrowed my sister’s and would love to have one of my own…for the future. At 19 months, our little guy’s nursing days are behind him. I had to give it back to her at 9 months and make do without it–lovely!

I hate pumping! Hate it! At the school where I work, there was no place to do it except in the teacher’s bathroom right next to the toilet. Twice a day for six months next to the toilet. Thank God my kid likes whole milk! (We stopped nursing at 11 months…)

Please please please may I have a breastpump! My sister has a 5 month old little girl and she has just gone back to work. Like you, she battles with pumping and baby hates bottles! We live in a very rural part of South Africa, in a game reserve and we can’t get good quality pumps here at all.

Sure you give something away that is absolutely unusable by me. I don’t are how hard that thing sucks it ain’t pulling any nutrients out of these man boobs.
