And beer. And fried foods. I’m a health nut like that. What I also like about the Super Bowl is that commercials can be enjoyed instead of endured. Usually.
This year I’m really excited because Hot Guy and I will be ditching the children to go watch the game with other grown-ups. At a bar, as we don’t actually know anyone here who’s having a party. We don’t actually know anyone here at all, but that’s okay, because we’re in Florida, ya know. With built-in babysitters!
I’m also excited because I already know about one of the commercials airing tomorrow. So now I can pretend to be hip and trendy, and so can you. Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes is going to launch their Plant A Seed program with a commercial during the Super Bowl. The program helps communities maintain their athletic fields so that all kids have safe and clean places to play. If you go to the site, you can preview the commercial, nominate a field, help other fields or create seed packs. It’s a really cool cause.
